Pot Still&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer is-style-tiny\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Unsere Anlage verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber eine kupfernen Pot Still mit Whiskyhelm. Der l\u00e4ngere Kontakt zu Kupfer selber und der l\u00e4ngere Hals, destillieren den Alkohol deutlich intensiver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer is-style-tiny\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Kolonne mit Spirale<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer is-style-tiny\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Kolonne einer Destille ist in der Regel mit mehreren B\u00f6den ausgestattet, die den Destillationsprozess verfeinern. Wir haben uns bewusst f\u00fcr eine andere Technologie entschieden und so ist unsere Kolonne mit einer Spirale ausgestattet. Der Alkohol braucht deutlich l\u00e4nger durch die Spirale, ist stufenlos und der Kontakt zum Kupfer deutlich l\u00e4nger.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer is-style-tiny\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Nachgelagerter&nbsp;Aroma-Korb<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer is-style-tiny\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>In der Regel werden alle Zutaten in einem Aroma-Korb in der Brennblase selber verarbeitet. Dies f\u00fchrt dazu, dass bei sehr feinen, frischen Kr\u00e4utern, diese schnell verkochen und wenig ihrer Aromen abgeben oder sogar Bitterstoffe freigegeben werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir haben eine zus\u00e4tzliche Aroma-Korb-Einheit nach der Kolonne installiert. Hier dampft der Alkoholdunst durch die Kr\u00e4uter, ohne sie zu verkochen oder zu verbrennen. Durch diese schonende Art der Aromaaussch\u00f6pfung, werden nur die feinen Aromen herausgefiltert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir betreiben den gesamten Destillationsvorgang sehr langsam, damit wir nur die gew\u00fcnschten Aromen herausfiltern.
